Valerie Bertinelli
Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 23rd, 1960)[2] is an American actress. She made her debut when she was an adolescent. She starred as Barbara Cooper Royer on the sitcom One Day at a Time (1975-1984) during which time she received two Golden Globe Awards for Best Supporting Actress in a Show, Miniseries or Television Film. Later, she gained fame as an adult by playing Gloria on the Christian drama Touched by an Angel (2001-2003) as well as Melanie Moretti on the sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2010-2015) The latter earned her a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. She was honored in 2012 with a star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bertinelli hosts a number of programs for Food Network, such as Valerie's Home Cooking (2015-2023) and Kids Baking Championship (2015-present) and has won two Daytime Emmy Awards for the former out of six nominations.
